I also like to stand in this corner to make breakfast and warm up my cold toes, but I usually give it up to Eleanor before too long. How can I resist a girl in a Cinderella dress at 7:15 in the morning?

cold comfort floors
Our house is pretty chilly in the mornings, due to springtime frosts and wood floors throughout most of the house. Oh, and a loose heating duct under the house that we need to get fixed. So Eleanor, resourceful as always, has found just the right spot to enjoy breakfast - next to a heat vent.
